A white-label Fabric and Power BI bench you can put in front of a bank.

Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and Power Apps delivered under your brand for financial-services clients: named senior analysts, enterprise governance, timelines that hold. You own the relationship. We have delivered this way inside a global bank since 2022.

What a partner gets

Six things your client will notice in the first month.

Named analysts, written into the SOW

Each seat is a specific person with a CV your client has seen. They stay for the engagement. Your client never meets a substitute.

Bank-grade governance by default

Row- and object-level security, documented semantic models, deployment pipelines, version history, EUC controls. It is how we build, not an add-on.

Finance vocabulary

Our analysts come from market risk, liquidity, treasury and product control. They can sit in the client's working group without you translating.

Your brand, your paper

We work under your MSA, your email domain if you wish, your timesheet system, and your client's flow-down terms. Vendor due diligence, background checks and device management are in place.

US-hours coverage

Founder in New York, delivery team in Almaty overlapping the US morning, with an agreed on-duty window through the client's business day.

Bench ahead of demand

We carry analysts on the bench so a new seat can start in weeks, not a quarter. Kazakhstan is our hiring market; we know it well.

First engagement

How it starts

Most partnerships begin with one seat on one engagement. The second seat comes because the first one worked.

01
You share the seat or the scope

A job description, a proposal you are bidding, or a client conversation. We tell you within days whether we can staff it and with whom.

02
Your client meets the person

CV, interview, and where useful a short prototype on anonymised data before any client system access.

03
Paper and onboarding

Subcontract under your MSA with client flow-downs; managed devices; your timesheet system. Economics: [RATE MODEL — monthly seat or hourly, your choice].

04
The founder stays close

Weekly check-ins with you, monthly with the client sponsor if you want them. Problems reach you before they reach your client.

Common questions

Things people ask before the first call.

Will our client know Upside is involved?
Only if you want them to. We can work under your email domain, your timesheet system and your paper. Where a client asks, we are your delivery partner and say so plainly.
How quickly can a seat start?
We keep two to three analysts on the bench ahead of demand, so a named person with a CV can usually be in front of your client within two to three weeks.
What due diligence have you already passed?
Vendor due diligence for a global bank via our current partner: managed devices under Intune, background checks, client flow-down addenda, NDAs on every seat, and professional liability insurance. [COVER AMOUNT]
Do you sell direct to banks?
Banks usually reach us through a consulting partner, and we keep it that way. Funds, insurers and private equity firms engage us directly.

Bidding something you cannot fully staff?

Send the scope. You will have a named person and a yes or no within the week.
